Post Thanksgiving Workout

After not training for my 10K on Turkey Day or Black Friday I figured (for me) it wouldn’t be best to jump right back into long runs so I decided to do some cross training. It was a good workout that left me feeling like I got my cardio up and strengthened my body. No weights required which I live for! But as always feel free to use the workout in the gym with dumbbells, add reps or subtract them. Enjoy!
