25 Minute Workout

Below you will find a great 25 minute workout that mixes yoga, simple stretches, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance. The awesome thing about this workout is you can do it indoors or outdoors and never have to leave your home! For those who want to get more out of the workout simply add more reps to your push ups, core work, and more intervals to jump roping. I stay in each pose and stretch for 5 breaths, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. You can increase or decrease according to your fitness level.

Before starting the workout, scroll down until you see photos of the different poses! Its okay to stop and see what to do next haha. I do this all the time when doing or watching other people’s workouts. Soon you will be able to flow through this with no problem. Maybe I’ll make a video at some point.

Start standing, feet shoulder width a part
Neck circles  (both ways)
Shoulder shrugs (both ways)
Half Up
Downward Dog
10 push ups
Downward Dog
10 push ups
Downward Dog
10 push ups
Prayer Pose
Roll onto back
Reclining Twist right/left
10 full sit ups
Shoulder Stand
10 full sit ups
20 Leg ups
Plow Pose variation
Quad stretchs
High knee jump rope 3 minutes
